Opus chooses Reqtest for quality assuring its system and maintenance projects

Opus Bilprovning has chosen to reintroduce Reqtest as a central support tool to ensure high quality in their systems and management projects. The goal is to establish a foundation for requirements, testing, and deviation management that increases efficiency and facilitates collaboration with both operations and suppliers.

In recent years, Opus Bilprovning has been involved in a series of complex implementation and management projects. Follow-up and quality assurance have primarily been conducted in suppliers’ own systems and Excel, which has posed challenges in tracking tests and deviations in a structured and transparent manner. Now, Opus has chosen Reqtest as a central support tool to manage requirements and testing work and to ensure smooth internal and external collaboration. The new working method will be gradually rolled out across the organization, with the upcoming replacement of the cash register system serving as a pilot project.
