Two ReQtest events this October

We’re going to be a busy bunch this October, especially as we have two events planned during this month alone.

Breakfast in Trondheim

For a start, we have been organizing a breakfast seminar in Trondheim, Norway on the 23rd of October, alongside Acando.

The seminar will be all about how to improve the quality of software through testing and is aimed at anyone who is responsible for the quality of bespoke software.

For the last 15 years, Acando has provided high quality software. High quality software does not simply come into being; it needs to be tested extensively. Having provided a a cloud-based tool for monitoring requirements, test cases and bug reports since 2001, we at ReQtest are uniquely positioned to present this seminar about improving software quality through testing.

During the seminar we will talk about how to deal with requirements, test cases and bug reports in ReQtest and show you the basic tools of the platform, as well as how you can easily set up a new project in ReQtest.

Meanwhile, Acando will present a case study. Since 2004 Acando has been responsible for TrønderEnergi’s resource management, BAS. During the last years, the system substantially updated and integration with a new set of back-end tools was launched. During the project Acando was responsible both for testing in the delivery project as well as acceptance testing by the customer. Acando’s representatives will tell you all about the procedures and experiences of testing in this customer case study.

We will also have a jobs discussion (and a lot of good coffee).

ReQtest goes Gothenburg

Secondly, we will be introducing our test tool ReQtest to Gothenburg.

ReQtest, together with our partner Konsultbolag1 are holding a breakfast seminar focused on the requirements and test management tool ReQtest. The seminar will be held in Gothenburg on the 25th October, and presented by Ulf Eriksson, Product Owner at ReQtest, who will demonstrate how to manage requirements, test cases and bug reports in ReQtest as well as how to easily apply the tool in a project.

The seminar will provide an introduction on how to get started with ReQtest and its various functions in managing and following up on requirements and test work.

The seminar will be held at Konsultbolag1, Trädgårdsgatan 3, Gothenburg. Breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 08:00 and the seminar will be in progress from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00. The seminar is entirely free of charge but booking is essential as seats are limited.
