Joanna Rydbeck appointed as new CEO of Reqtest

Joanna Rydbeck becomes the new CEO of Reqtest with the mission to lead the company’s next phase of growth and further strengthen Reqtest’s position as the Nordic region’s leading platform for quality assurance in system implementation and system management.

Joanna Rydbeck has extensive experience in both strategic and operational leadership in fast-growing companies. Most recently she served as Chief of Staff at Billogram, where she held a central role in executive and strategic work, business development and organizational scaling. Previously she was CEO of several companies within the media group Caybon, including Mediaplanet and Appelberg, where she successfully led the group’s operations through strategic transformation, change and growth.

Joanna Rydbeck succeeds Henrik Andreasson, who after nine years as CEO now hands over the baton. Under Henrik’s leadership Reqtest has achieved strong growth, expanded its offering and solidified its position in the Nordic market.
